Older homes, Apartments, Houses:

Simple mandate:

Maximum Fixed fee of 6% with VAT or 5% without VAT. (Transaction Rate of VAT 20%).

Exclusive mandate:

Maximum Fixed fee of 5% with VAT or 4% without VAT. (Transaction Rate of VAT 20%).

Car parks, Garages, Cellars, Land:

Maximum Fixed fee of 10 % with VAT of the sale price with VAT with a minimum of 2 000 €.

Commercial or Professional premises, Warehouses, and Industrial premises:

- Maximum Fixed fee of 12% with VAT or 10% without VAT of the sale price of the walls

- Maximum Fixed fee of 10% with VAT or 8% without VAT, for the sale of business assets, transfer of shares and leasehold rights.

- Maximum Fixed fee of 10% with VAT or 8% without VAT for the sale of a "Pas de Porte" or leasehold rights AND 10% without VAT of the total amount

Additional services:
-Fixed price for the drafting of the deed of sale with SRU letter:
150€: offered for any simple or exclusive sales mandate signed.

-Fees for the estimation of the appraisal value, written report:
200 € VAT included: offered for any simple or exclusive sales mandate signed.

-HD and 4K wide angle photo package:
300€ TTC: offered for any simple or exclusive sale mandate signed.

-Drone 4K Aerial Video Package:
350€TTC: offered for all exclusive sales mandates signed only

-HD and 4K Video Package:
450€ TTC: offered for any exclusive sale mandate signed only

Fees:
The agency fees include the sale and research of properties, communication, visits, advice on financing, negotiation, layout, works, drafting of the sales agreement, administrative follow-up until the signing of the deed of sale.

The fees shown in this document are to be paid by the party stipulated in the mandate. They are included in the presentation price of all our ads.

In case of delegation of mandate, the applicable fees are those of the agency having received the initial mandate
